If You Choose Custom Products,

Color: you can choose any color you like from color card, then tell us the color number.
-Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we cannot guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

Questions and Answers:

A: We usually need about 7-13 business days to finish a customized dress and then 10-15 days for shipment.  If you need to choose faster shipping, like DHL /UPS/FedEx, it will be faster than Standard Shipping but will incur an additional fee.

Q: About return?

A: We accept returns, but you must pay for the return shipping cost yourself.  If you feel dissatisfied after receiving the dress, you can talk to me first to explain the specific situation. I will try to help you solve the problem. If the problem is not properly solved. You can choose "no longer needed" to return the dress to us, however, due to the inability to resell, custom sized and modified dresses, we do not support returns or exchanges on them.

It usually takes 7 to 13 days to make dresses.

Standard logistics transportation generally takes 10-15, 15-20 working days, depending on the region.

The fast channel transportation time is about 4 to 6 weekdays, 8 to 12 weekdays, depending on the region.

Products in stock can be shipped on the same day.

-Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 48 hours after receiving the item.

-The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn (except for trying on) and not washed. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund.
