PLEASE USE THE ATTACHED FORM TO OBTAIN PERSONAL BODY MEASUREMENTS AND SUBMIT THEM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ORDER PAGE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

SHIPPING:

We only ship to your confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.

Most orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days upon payment confirmation. Custom sized garments will take approximately 20-25 days to create and then they will be shipped. Tracking is available. This is a long process but is worth the wait to have a custom sized garment arrive at your door!

Standard Shipping, items can be checked and tracked online.

The European and American countries shipping normally take 7 to 21 business days. Most of the items will be delivered in 3 weeks, while there will be a delay for something we cannot control (such as the bad weather). Other countries and regions usually take 30-60 days.  If it happens, just contact our customer service, we will help you check and resolve any problem. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If an incorrect item is shipped, we will refund you money or reship. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable. If the items do not meet your needs, returns are accepted on standard sized clothing. The courier service freight should be paid for by the buyer.

Return Notes:

1.Please be sure to keep return items and accessories intact within 7 days’ time.

2. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

3. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

4. ALL CUSTOM SIZED GARMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE AS THEY ARE MADE TO FIT ONLY YOU! PLEASE BE ADVISED. CUSTOM SELECTED COLORS IN A STANDARD SIZED GARMENT ARE INDEED RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE!!!!!!!!!!
